'Song to Song' News & Update: First Trailer Released For The Film

The first trailer of the new film "Song to Song" starred by Ryan Gosling and Michael Fassbender has just been released. It seems that the characters including Natalie Portman are caught up in a love triangle as shown in the trailer.

According to Mail Online, Natalie Portman plays the role of a server while Fassbender is a manipulative music business executive in "Song to Song." The film hints of a story about love, betrayal and music in the heart of Austin, Texas.

The new trailer for "Song to Song" gives a glimpse on the sexy scenes that can be expected in the film. It is reported that the film has been in the making several years ago. In fact, Christian Bale was supposed to portray the part of Fassbender. However, he was working on American Hustle then.

A report in First Post indicated that "Song to Song" also features other artists like Christian Bale, Cate Blanchet and Rooney Mara. The film follows the story of new musicians BV (Ryan gosling) and Faye (Rooney Mara). BV and Faye go on with their journey on being the new musicians in Austin, Texas.

"Song to Song's" new trailer gives a glimpse on BV and Faye playing musical instruments. They are also seen to be on a road trip with their music. The trailer however, shows snippets on what's going to happen in the film.

Meanwhile, NME reported that Iggy Pop and Flea are also seen in the new trailer for "Song to Song." These two music icons are seen making cameo on the film. Aside from these two, Arcade Fire and Iron & Wine are also set to appear in the film.

"Song to Song" is directed by Terrance Malik who already did films like The Tree of Life and The Thin Red Line. Song to Song airs on March 17.
